The Mangaung Transit team recently embarked on a valuable benchmarking trip to Ekurhuleni, gaining crucial insights into their bus service operations.  This initiative underscores our commitment to continuous improvement and providing the best possible public transport experience for our valued passengers. 
The trip allowed us to observe firsthand Ekurhuleni's innovative approaches to route planning, fleet management, and customer service.  We explored their strategies for optimizing bus schedules, addressing passenger concerns, and maintaining a modern and efficient fleet.  Specific areas of focus included their use of technology for real-time tracking and communication, as well as their approach to staff training and development. 
The knowledge gained will directly inform the development of new strategies for Mangaung Transit.
